1. About Minwal
Minwal is a school transportation platform that helps authorized schools, parents, supervisors, and transportation staff manage and view school transportation information.
3. Account Access
You are responsible for:
- Using your own authorized phone number.
- Keeping access to your device secure.
- Protecting your OTP and authentication credentials.
- Informing your school if your registered phone number changes.
- Reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Never share an OTP with another person.
4. School-Managed Information
Schools manage student, Parent, Supervisor, route, bus, stop, and transportation information used by Minwal. Student data is processed for transportation services even though students do not create accounts.
If this information is incorrect, contact your school.
Minwal does not independently change school-managed student records based only on a Parent request.
5. Transportation Information
Minwal provides operational transportation information based on records and actions submitted through the school transportation system.
This may include:
- Student boarding and drop-off status
- Attendance or absence
- School arrival
- Route and stop information
- Transportation activity timestamps
- Operational notifications
Transportation information may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, corrected, or affected by network or system conditions.
Minwal should not be treated as an emergency monitoring service.
6. Notifications
Minwal may send transportation-related push notifications.
Notification delivery depends on device settings, operating systems, network connectivity, Firebase, Apple services where applicable, and other infrastructure outside Minwal’s direct control.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Attempt to access another user’s information without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt Minwal services.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
- Misuse student or other users’ personal information.
- Abuse authentication, notification, support, or transportation systems.
- Use Minwal for unlawful purposes.
9. Privacy
Your use of Minwal is also governed by the Minwal Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
Minwal may perform maintenance, security updates, improvements, or changes to the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.
11. School Subscription and Access
Your access to Minwal depends on your school maintaining an active Minwal service relationship and authorizing your account.
If the school’s service ends or your school removes your authorization, access to Minwal may be suspended or terminated.
12. Suspension and Termination
Minwal or the participating school may suspend or terminate access where necessary because of:
- School authorization changes
- Security concerns
- Misuse of the service
- Legal or compliance requirements
- The end of the school’s Minwal service
13. Third-Party Services
Minwal relies on third-party infrastructure and services including Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Maps, app-store platforms, mobile operating systems, and notification-delivery services.
Use of these services may also be subject to their own terms.
14. Limitation of Service
Minwal is intended to support school transportation operations and communication.
It does not replace the school’s emergency procedures, transportation staff, or other official school communication channels.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Minwal evolves or applicable requirements change.
